Ordering Guidelines

Orders can be placed through our website, by email, post or telephone. 

There is NO minimum order required.  In order to avoid communication errors we strongly recommend that orders be placed in writing via our website or email. 

We guarantee the accuracy of written orders, however, we accept no responsibility for errors as a result of verbal miscommunication.

Ordering Online

  1. Select uniform style.
  2. Select fabric.
  3. Select colour.
  4. Enter quantity.
  5. Optional:  Consider purchasing additional buckles, wash bags or a belt for Unisex option.
  6. Proceed to checkout to enter your details.
  7. Process payment.
    • Pay by PayPal or credit card through PayPal.
    • We will send you an email notifying you of your order details.
    • Your order is dispatched once payment is confirmed.
      OR
    • Pay by transferring funds or cheque.
    • We will send you an invoice with our bank account details or address to send your cheque payment to.
    • Once funds are cleared, your order is dispatched.
    • We will send you an email notifying you of your order details.

We prefer any discrepancies to be reported within seven (7) days of receiving your order to the Customer Service Department.

Ordering by Post or Email

  • Print off and fill in order form. We advise copying a number of order forms for staff members to fill individually, this then can be collated by admin. 
  • Mail to PO Box 28, MACHANS BEACH QLD 4878 AUSTRALIA or sales@10knots.com.au
  • You will be contacted with confirmation of your order and invoiced.
  • Your order will be dispatched immediately once paid in full.
